Cancellation Policy
A full refund, minus the processing fee, will be issued if cancellation is requested at least two weeks prior to the class start date. No refunds will be provided after the commencement of classes.

Missed Class Policy
Make-up classes, refunds, or discounts are not offered for missed classes. This policy helps maintain a consistent learning environment and ensures proper scheduling of instructors and venues.

Pick-Up Policy
Parents or guardians are responsible for timely pick-up. A 10-minute grace period is allowed after class ends. After that, a $5 fee will be charged for every additional 10 minutes of late pick-up.

Class Requirements
The child must wear comfortable clothes and shoes. No food or drinks are provided to the child by Bright Machine Works LLC / Young Engineers Cary North. The child is responsible for bringing their own food and water to class.

Liability Waiver & Release of Claims
By signing below, I, the parent or guardian of the enrolled child, understand and accept that participation in Bright Machine Works LLC / Young Engineers Cary North programs may involve educational and physical activities. While we prioritize safety, I acknowledge that accidents or unforeseen incidents may occur.
I hereby agree to release, waive, and discharge Bright Machine Works LLC / Young Engineers Cary North, its owners, employees, instructors, contractors, and agents from all claims, liabilities, or demands arising out of, or connected with, my child's participation in the program. This includes, but is not limited to, claims for personal injury, property damage, or other loss, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
I also agree that I will not initiate any legal proceedings or make any claims against Bright Machine Works LLC / Young Engineers Cary North or its representatives in connection with any injury, loss, or damage arising from my child's participation.
By signing, I confirm that I understand and voluntarily agree to the terms of this Liability Waiver & Release of Claims.

Medical Authorization & Emergency Treatment
In the event of a medical emergency, I authorize Bright Machine Works LLC / Young Engineers Cary North staff to administer basic first aid and/or seek emergency medical treatment for my child. I understand that staff are not medical professionals, and I assume full responsibility for any medical expenses incurred because of my child's participation.

Parents or guardians must notify Bright Machine Works LLC / Young Engineers Cary North of any changes to previously provided information, including contact details, medical conditions, or emergency contacts.
